Abstract: To promote rural community construction positively is the new task and demand proposed by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of CPC. People move forward through trying all over the country and there is no fixed pattern to follow. The article forms three different but commonly suitable community management patterns after studying the similarity and characteristic of Yangtze River Delta rural community represented by Jiangxiang, Hongshi and Jialing. Then it constructs a community management and public service information system based on network and intellect technology and last discusses the prospects of these efforts.
