论文合作视角下京津冀科技协同创新研究

Research on Collaborative Innovation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Science and Technology from the Perspective of Papers Cooperation

摘要: 为了更加深入地挖掘京津冀科技协同创新过程中存在的问题,文章基于Web of Science信息平台上京津冀三地1979年—2018年合作发表SCI论文的数据,采用文献计量法、Mann-Kendall趋势分析法和重要点法,分别从合作论文数量、密度、影响力和合作方式4个方面研究京津冀论文合作演化特征。研究结果表明,从合作论文数量上看,京津冀合作论文以京津、京冀为主,呈显著极化和阶段性特征;从合作论文密度上看,与北京合作发表论文是津冀两地发表论文的一种重要方式,但与津冀合作发表论文只是北京发表论文的极小部分;从合作论文影响力上看,京津合作发表论文的篇均被引次数和影响因子均高于京冀和津冀;从合作论文方式上看,京津在在合作论文中一作比例均高于河北。根据研究结果,可以得到以下结论:京津冀科技协同创新取得了一定的成果,但今后仍需要优化京津冀科技协同创新网络,充分发挥北京、天津在科技创新发展中的带动作用,逐步提升河北在科技协同创新中的核心竞争力。

Abstract: In order to further explore the collaborative innovation of science and technology of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the bibliometrics, the Mann-Kendall trend test and the important point method are respectively used to study the cooperative characteristic of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, including the number, density, influence and cooperation mode of the cooperative papers, based on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation paper data during 1979-2018 at the Web of Science information platform. The research results show that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation papers are mainly based on Beijing-Tianjin and Tianjin-Hebei from the perspective of the number of cooperative papers, showing significant polarization and stage characteristics. From the perspective of the density of cooperation papers, cooperative papers of Beijing are an important way of Tianjin and Hebei to publish papers, but publishing papers in cooperation with Tianjin and Hebei is only a very small part of Beijing. From the perspective of the impact of cooperative papers, the number of cited papers and impact factors of Beijing-Tianjin cooperation papers are higher than Beijing-Hebei and Tianjin-Hebei cooperation papers. From the perspective of cooperative papers, Beijing and Tianjin has a higher proportion of first author in cooperation papers than Hebei. According to the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei science and technology collaborative innovation has achieved certain results, but it is still necessary to optimize the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei science and technology collaborative innovation network. The full play is given to the driving role of Beijing and Tianjin in the development of science and technology innovation. The core competition force of Hebei in scientific and technological collaborative innovation should be gradually enhanced.
