摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中国“三网融合”在国家正确政策的支持和领导下正稳步发展。笔者分析了网络信息资源的现状,提出了网络信息资源利用过程中存在的问题。由此引出网络信息资源融合利用的概念,并分析了如何在“三网融合”的基础上对网络信息资源进行融合利用。

Abstract: China’s triple play is developing in the support and leadership of national policies. The article analyzed the present situation of network information resource first, and put forward the existing problems in the using process of network information resource. Then it introduced the concept of integrated using of network information resource and analyzed how to make integrated using of network information resource based on triple play.
