摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在对国内外虚拟参考咨询服务调研的基础上,以福州大学城资源共享平台(简称Fulink平台)为例,对福建省高校图书馆开展虚拟参考咨询服务的现状进行了调查（网络调研截止时间是2014年月12月上旬）,提出借助Fulink平台开展协作式虚拟参考咨询服务的构想并建议开展协作式虚拟参考咨询运作模式。

Abstract: The paper analyses the theories of Virtual Reference Service home and abroad. by the Fuzhou University resource sharing platform (referred Fulink platform), for example, from the operation of Fulink platform, Fujian University Library Virtual Reference Service (network survey deadline date in early December 2014), presented by means of Fulink platform to carry out the idea of collaborative virtual reference service and recommend collaborative virtual reference mode of operation.
