Abstract: Due to the rapid development of internet, Weibo, with its convenient and fast features, is widely accepted by people.Public libraries have also actively carried out official Weibo construction.By investigating the Sina Weibos of provincial public libraries, this paper made an in-depth analysis of opening, content layout and utilization status of these Weibos, and proposed the improvement strategies of library Weibos on overall construction, content organization, releasing time and interaction function.
