摘要/Abstract

摘要： ProQuest数据库是农林院校的主要外文期刊全文数据库,以沈阳农业大学为例,分析了ProQuest数据库的两个主要子库PAJ和PBJ的使用情况,对比了沈阳农业大学相关农业外文期刊全文数据库的利用成本情况。在统计学校SCI发文情况的基础上,从发文在学科和期刊分布的角度探讨了ProQuest数据库为科研服务的信息支持能力,并期为农林院校的农业生物专业数字资源配置提供参考。

Abstract: ProQuest is the main full-text database of foreign periodicals in agricultural and forestry universities. Taking Shenyang Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzed the usage of PAJ and PBJ and compared the utilization cost of relevant agricultural full-text databases of foreign periodicals. Based on the statistics of SCI papers in this university, it discussed the information support capability of ProQuest database from the perspective of SCI papers’ discipline and periodical distribution, expecting to provide reference for the allocation of agricultural &biological digital resource in agricultural and forestry universities.
