组织文化和心理所有权对知识型团队知识共享的影响机制研究

摘要: 随着知识成为企业重要的核心资源,建立知识型团队和进行知识管理成为企业的必然选择。知识共享是知识型团队发挥作用的关键。组织文化和心理所有权是知识型团队知识共享的两个重要影响因素。组织文化决定了整个知识型团队知识共享的意愿,也影响着团队成员对自己知识的心理所有权;个人心理所有权反过来会影响到团队知识共享的文化氛围和文化理念,对组织文化的形成起着重要的作用。营造知识共享氛围探索知识共享机制有利于提高知识型团队的知识共享效率和效果。

Abstract: With the knowledge becoming the important core resource, the establishment of knowledge team and knowledge management has become the inevitable choice of enterprises. Knowledge sharing is the key for knowledge team to play its role. Organizational culture and psychological ownership are the two important factors of knowledge sharing in knowledge team. Organizational culture determines the knowledge sharing intention of knowledge team and also influences the team members’ psychological ownership for their own knowledge. In turn, the individual psychological ownership influences the cultural atmosphere and cultural philosophy of team knowledge sharing, and plays an important role in the formation of organizational culture. Building the environment of knowledge sharing and exploring the mechanism of knowledge sharing is beneficial to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge sharing in knowledge team.
