Abstract: In this thesis, the concept and system of Internet thinking were briefly introduced, and its important impact on the development of public library was pointed out. Meanwhile, the necessity of reconstructing public library service mode in the Internet environment was analyzed. Finally, strategies on the reconstruction of public library service mode based on Internet thinking were put forward.
