Abstract: In the Internet Era, the dissemination of mass information has presented the characteristics of diversification and decentralization. University libraries in minority areas should take advantage of this opportunity to change their own shortcomings and keep pace with the times by strengthening the transformation of ideas and improving the management mechanism, and play the ethnic characteristics of library collection to provide diversified and multifunctional service. As well, they should continue to strengthen the university library cooperation alliance and contribute to the socialist cultural construction.
