[Purpose/Significance] Ancient map literature is an important component of Chinese ancient literature, which is the subjective cognition, expression, exploration, and recording of the objective environment by ancient ancestors. It mainly uses map language such as symbols, text, graphics, and lines to depict simple geographical spatial information locally on physical carriers such as clay tablets, stone tablets, woodcuts, silk, and paper. It records and carries the glorious process of civilization continuation and cultural inheritance in China for thousands of years. How to better do a good job in its digital protection and development and utilization is an important issue worth paying attention to in the current field of information resource management. [Method/Process] On the basis of a brief exposition of the cultural connotations and important values of ancient map literature, this article briefly summarizes the current status of its digital research, and then designs and proposes a knowledge-based description framework for ancient map literature in China in the digital age. This framework clarifies the key modules of resource entities, description objects, knowledge abstraction, map expression, map display, etc. of ancient map literature, and analyzes the relevant key modules separately, Finally, taking the "Wanli Coastal Defense Map" drawn in Volume 8 of Zheng Kaiyang's Miscellaneous Works as an example, typical application scenarios such as automatic question and answer services for ancient map literature knowledge, intelligent construction services for the South China Sea rights protection evidence chain, and interactive narrative services for ancient map literature were explored. [Results/Conclusions] Chinese ancient maps and texts showcase the expression and cognition of ancient Chinese ancestors towards the real physical world and geographical space through methods such as landscape painting, six body drawing, planning, and triangulation. They not only carry the excellent genes of China's thousands of years of Chinese civilization and excellent traditional culture, but also serve as important carriers for telling Chinese stories, spreading Chinese spirit, and showcasing China's image; The intervention of mathematical theory and technology has expanded the object space of ancient maps from traditional binary space to a diverse space composed of geographic space, cultural space, information space, and technological space; The knowledge-based description of ancient map literature in the era of digital intelligence requires a comprehensive understanding of all entities, elements, and knowledge related to it, achieving cross domain knowledge organization and integration centered on its geographic spatial information (such as place names, divisions, and locations), involving the identification, extraction, analysis, organization, association, positioning, and transformation of relevant contextual information. This makes the universality of this theoretical framework still need to be strengthened, In the future, it is necessary to continuously expand the existing theoretical and technical framework to meet the knowledge-based description needs of different types of ancient map literature.

[Purpose/Significance] To explore the influencing factors of the added value of scientific data and reveal the inherent development laws of the added value of scientific data. [Method/Process] First, based on the interview data of 18 experts and the research results related to the value appreciation of scientific data in existing literature, the grounded theory method was adopted. Through open coding, main-axis coding, and selective coding, 19 categories, 6 main categories, and 3 core categories were finally obtained. From this, a theoretical model of the factors influencing the value appreciation of scientific data was obtained. On this basis, the Vensim PLE tool was used to establish a dynamic model of the value appreciation system of scientific data, and the process of value appreciation of scientific data was dynamically simulated and analyzed to reveal the relationship between various influencing factors and the value appreciation of scientific data. [Results/Conclusions] In the process of increasing the value of scientific data, the quality factor of raw data is a prerequisite, and high-quality raw scientific data are conducive to the integration and secondary development of subsequent scientific data. The data literacy of data producers represented by researchers has the most significant impact on the quality of scientific data. The level of data storage and payment has a significant impact on the added value of scientific data. When the perceived effort and perceived risk of data storage and payment by researchers decrease, accompanied by the pressure of scientific data sharing policies, researchers become more likely to increase their willingness to save and pay, thereby significantly improving the scale effect of data storage and payment. The organization and integration of scientific data is the key to the formation of value-added scientific data. Overall, the metadata quality has the most significant impact on the level of scientific data organization and integration. The quality of metadata is the foundation of scientific data processing, classification, and integration. The higher the quality of metadata, the more it helps to improve the level of scientific data organization and integration. The sharing and development of scientific data is the key to realizing the value-added of scientific data. It is the final step in realizing the value-added of scientific data. In this process, the scale of scientific data openness, the quality of scientific data sharing platforms, and development capabilities all have a positive promoting effect on the level of scientific data sharing and development.

[Purpose/Significance] The introduction of national poverty alleviation policies and rural revitalization strategies has thrust the issue of education for left-behind children into the spotlight of scholarly attention. Education, far beyond serving as a mere instrument for personal growth and human capital accumulation for left-behind children, emerges as a pivotal measure in consolidating rural poverty alleviation endeavors and breaking the transmission of intergenerational poverty in China. It stands as a vital force propelling the future of rural revitalization. Yet, the existing literature on the education of left-behind children remains sporadic and dispersed. A more profound organizational effort, integrating, synthesizing, and evaluating this scattered literature, is imperative to establish a foundational framework for future research, fostering more cohesive and focused research endeavors. Presently, literature review studies primarily fall into three categories: qualitative review methods, meta-analysis, and bibliometric analysis methods employing tools like Citespace. This study sets out to achieve a systematic and comprehensive understanding of education-related issues for rural left-behind children through text mining methods grounded in topic models. [Method/Process] The advent of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies has empowered the processing and analysis of vast amounts of textual data. Previous research, employing latent dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic models, successfully mined texts related to teacher team construction reform policies, internationalization in higher education literature, news reports, and online comments. In this study, a corpus was meticulously constructed using abstract texts extracted from 2037 journal articles published between 2002 and 2023. The structural topic model (STM) was chosen for topic modeling, overcoming the limitations associated with LDA, with a specific emphasis on exploring the diversity and dynamism of topics within the existing literature. [Results/Conclusions] The culmination of this research effort identified eight distinct research themes: psychological well-being, factors leading to left-behind children, macro-level coping strategies, types of guardianship, review studies, family education, media literacy, and micro-level coping strategies. By synergizing document metadata information, the study systematically unraveled the evolving trends of these topics over time, providing crucial insights into potential shifts in the focus of left-behind children's education research. It is essential to note that this study, while collecting abstracts instead of full texts, may not capture the entirety of information contained in complete research articles. Future research endeavors should explore left-behind children's education more comprehensively, leveraging full-text mining techniques for a more nuanced understanding of this critical subject.

[Purpose/Significance] With the rapid development and widespread application of the Internet, artificial intelligence, information technology, and other technologies, China's education informatization is currently in a critical period of integration and innovation combining digital technology and education. The deep integration of intelligent technology and education has brought diversified changes to education. The Education 4.0 concept, which emphasizes personalized education and innovative teaching with students as the main focus, has emerged. The Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education of China proposed in its 2023 key work points, it is required to explore and promote the pilot of the "Future Learning Center", leverage the advantages of university libraries, integrate various learning resources in the school, utilize new generation information technology, and create a new grassroot learning organization that supports the transformation of learning methods. According to the development trend of the new paradigm of education in the new era, university libraries should construct diversified ecological spaces and learning scenarios through literature resource integration, spatial process reengineering, intelligent technology application, and learning support services. [Method/Process] By conducting targeted literature analysis, conducting research on university libraries, and paying attention to industry seminars, the current research status and construction progress of future learning centers in China are summarized. The changes in learning space, teacher roles, course content, learning methods, and evaluation systems of future learning centers under the development trend of Education 4.0 are analyzed, Summarize the basic characteristics that future learning centers should present after achieving seamless integration between knowledge, resources, users, and scenarios. Based on the service functions of university libraries in learning, academia, culture, innovation, etc., focus on exploring the construction and service paths of spaces such as self-learning support space, education and teaching support space, digital academic support space, and creative creation support space, the goal is to create a diversified learning ecosystem that integrates reading, teaching, experience, participation, exploration, collaboration, and creation. [Results/Conclusions] The future learning center will become an important opportunity for university libraries to transform from a resource center to a learning center. However, the construction of future learning centers is not standardized or exemplary. Each school must "put people first", investigate and analyze the user needs, behavioral habits, subject characteristics, and school situation of its teachers and students, balance user needs and library situation, and highlight key points and characteristics. At the same time, university libraries need to cooperate with colleges and departments to jointly build, coordinate the technology and strength of the entire school, integrate and share resources, collaborate and use technology, cross integrate disciplines, and exchange and recognize evaluation systems. University libraries aim to create a new campus learning ecosystem through the construction of future learning centers, providing readers with personalized learning services, intelligent learning environments, precise learning platforms, and innovative learning ecosystems, and achieving the educational goals of students' autonomous learning, intelligent learning, and lifelong learning.

[Purpose/Significance] In social media, the complex phenomenon of group polarization caused by the effect of network circle groups has brought serious challenges to the guidance and governance of online public opinion. This paper aims to explore the influencing mechanism of multi-dimensional environmental risk perception on group polarization in the network circle groups, and provide theoretical support and insights into the management of group polarization. [Method/Process] First, based on the protective motivation theory and the circle group structure theory, risk perception was divided into three dimensions: risk fact perception, risk loss perception and risk reaction behavior perception, and a network circle group was divided into three layers: point, line and structure. Based on this, a theoretical model of the relationship between risk perception and group polarization under the background of network circle groups was constructed. Second, taking the "6.10" hitting event as an example, a questionnaire was designed to collect sample data, and two sets of comparative data were obtained from the perspectives of randomly selected women and circled female groups, and the reliability and validity of the data were tested and analyzed. Finally, Amos26.0 software was used to establish a structural equation model (SEM) for empirical analysis of the research hypothesis in this paper, and the Bootstrap method was used to test the mediating effect of network circle groups, revealing the effect of risk perception on group polarization in network circle groups. [Results/Conclusions] 1) Compared with the random female group, the degree of homogeneity in the network group is higher, and the circle group effect is significant. 2) Risk perception has a significant positive impact on the formation of group polarization, in which the perceived risk response behavior has the most significant impact on group polarization. 3) Network circle groups have a significant positive influence on the formation of group polarization, among which "structure" has the most significant influence on group polarization. 4) Network circle groups play a mediating role between multi-dimensional risk perception and group polarization. The research not only reveals the generation path of network circle groups and risk perception on group polarization and the key factors affecting the occurrence of group polarization from the theoretical level, but also provides directions for relevant departments to manage group polarization and reduce public risk perception. This study has several limitations. For instance, SEM model setting and questionnaire design depend on the subjective experience and theoretical assumptions of researchers, and may have selectivity bias, so the model setting in this paper is subjective to a certain extent.

[Purpose/Significance] "People-centered" is the basic principle of the construction of rural public cultural service system in the new period and the important criterion of efficiency evaluation. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, with the continuous improvement of the rural public cultural service system framework and the continuous increase of the total supply, the relevant policies of rural public cultural services have begun to move toward the era of "high-quality", "high level" and "high quality" efficiency improvement. [Method/Process] Based on the policy and demand orientation, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of rural public cultural service effectiveness, and designed 17 specific indicators from 5 dimensions, such as awareness, participation, satisfaction, sense of cultural acquisition, and cultural happiness, and takes the Beijing ecological conservation area as a typical example to carry out the "people-centered" efficiency evaluation of rural public cultural service. [Results/Conclusions] At present, the average score of rural public cultural service efficiency in Beijing's ecological conservation area is 75.90 points, which is in the "medium" level, indicating that the overall efficiency level of rural public cultural service in Beijing's ecological conservation area still has a large room for improvement. The participation score is the lowest, and there is a large difference in the participation level and the sense of cultural acquisition level among groups, indicating that the efficiency level of rural public cultural services has a large room for improvement, and the construction is unbalanced. The ultimate goal of improving the efficiency of rural public cultural services guided by "people-oriented" is to build a rural public cultural service system with everyone's participation and shared by all, meet the new expectations of rural residents for a better spiritual and cultural life, and make public cultural services play a greater role in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. In the future, it is necessary to optimize the structure and layout of public cultural service facilities, promote the transformation of public cultural service products from universal to precise, build a multi-level and multi-channel public cultural supply mechanism, and deeply explore and innovate the excellent traditional local culture, so as to improve the efficiency level of rural public cultural services.

[Purpose/Significance] China is a major agricultural country, and the stability of agricultural product prices directly determines the development of China's economy. Developing an agricultural product price index is of great significance for establishing a sound agricultural product price index system, providing participants with a clear understanding of the development status of the agricultural product market, and improving levels for market monitoring and early warning. [Method/Process] Based on the current research results on agricultural product prices and price indices, this study explores the principles of constructing agricultural product price indices, the framework of agricultural product price index system, index classification and grading, calculation models, and weight determination methods, in order to develop a set of agricultural product price index construction methods that are in line with the operational characteristics of agricultural products in the current wholesale market. Based on statistical data and industry research data, an empirical study was conducted on the construction of agricultural product price indices. The five major categories of agricultural product price indices, sub-categories of agricultural product price indices, large variety of agricultural product price indices, and single variety of agricultural product price indices are weighted based on the market volume of each variety of agricultural product during the reporting period of the wholesale market, using the Pap index as the principle, and given weights based on the market volume during the reporting period. The weight of the overall agricultural product price index has been optimized and adjusted, and the model has been constructed using the basis principle of the Laplace index. The weight of major categories of agricultural products such as meat, poultry, eggs, aquatic products, grain and oil, fresh fruits and vegetables is based on per capita agricultural product expenditure data from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics, while the weight of major categories of agricultural products is based on research data from the Beijing agricultural industry, avoiding the problem of imbalanced weight. [Results/Conclusions] The empirical results indicate that the framework and classification of the agricultural product price index system are reasonable, and the index calculation model and weight determination method are scientific and feasible. This not only enriches and improves the theory and method of constructing the agricultural product price index system, but also provides useful reference for the construction of other circulation chain price indexes of agricultural products, to develop the Beijing agricultural product wholesale price series index. It also plays a positive role in market monitoring and early warning of the operation of the Beijing agricultural product market, enhancing the influence of agricultural product brands, and implementing agricultural insurance.
