With the increasing influence of science and technology in daily life, education and culture development has also benefited a lot in this regard, such as multimedia teaching, remote teaching and application of mobile digital library and so on, which made outstanding contributions to the development and progress of education. Among them, mobile digital library has brought great convenience for autonomous learning, and further improved the national reading and learning time. It is very necessary to study the construction of characteristic information resource repository in mobile digital library. Based on the correlation analysis, this paper proposed the future development model of characteristic information resource repository in mobile digital library.
