The sharing platform of characteristic think tank is based on the current data of university. Considering the status of platform for think tank, this paper proposed to use Hadoop and eclipse technologies to construct the knowledge sharing platform, and designed and built a small experimental knowledge sharing platform for teachers of university, and carried out the experiments. The experiment results showed that constructing knowledge sharing platform, not only can effectively improve the level of knowledge sharing in colleges and universities, but also have a very good practical value with the low cost.
