Innovative Research of Reading Humane Management and Readers Quality Promotion of University Library In the case of Comprehensive Reading Room of the Library of China University of Mining and Technology

Abstract

For some problems that the comprehensive reading room encountered when working with service and attitude innovation vision,advantageous attempts were made by the library comprehensive reading room of China University of Mining and Technology on the aspects of making work specification,allocating work rationally,Providing diversified services,improving service levels,improving statics,increasing efficiency,servicing to readers and Improving the quality of readers Imperceptibly etc. The attempts were introduced,its practice value in the humane management and enhancing the quality of readers was investigated,and some suggestions were given in this article in order to promote the development of our and University Library.
