Abstract

With the development of science and technology and library functions,public libraries have should no longer follow the traditional personnel system,but should be the introduction of modern human resource management system. Content of human resource management is usually divided into job analysis,human resource planning,recruitment and configuration,training,performance management,pay and benefits,labor relations and employee career planning eight modules,including the first four modules should be in public libraries should be taken seriously,and scientific settings and use.
