With the development of wireless network application, mobile library as a new service mode has aroused more and more concern. The paper firstly explains the concept, connotation of mobile library;then compares and analyzes the current status and the practice application of mobile library in domestic and overseas; Finally,the author provides some reference for the future development of the University mobile libraries services.
