The thesis,taking my library as the example,analyzes the phenomenon ofthe general declineamount of the borrowed books on the college library in recent years,and points out that the college library needs to reform the idea, organization structure and service consciousness,and so on, to carry out a deep level of personalized services,in order to adapt network, information time development, meet the needs of different readers literature resources demand.
