With the rapid development of digital, networking, informazation, the traditional library is gradually transition to the digital library. However, this is a long process, in this process, the comprehensive quality of Circulation Librarians of the urgent need to upgrade. This article analyzes why the need to improve the comprehensive quality of Circulation Librarians in the transitional period and how to improve the comprehensive quality of Circulation Librarians in the transformation period.
