Abstract

The strategic transformation of local universities has created important opportunities for university libraries' great development, prosperity and change. They should break the bottlenecks, grasping the opportunities and facing the challenges, to achieve the transformation from resource-oriented to service-oriented and build a new service environment and social exchange space, and explore the way of transformation development.
