Based on the S-O-R theory, this paper extracted the index factors affecting the customer churn of wechat public platform of public library, and built the customer churn behavior model. Based on the structural equation theory, by using SPSS and smart PLS software, it made the deep mining of the influencing factors of wechat platform customer churn. According to the analysis on structural equation path and the significance of each index, it analyzed the research results based on the analysis of influencing factors.
