This paper introduced the meaning of government information open, and explained at the present stage, the important significance of public library to participate in government information open, as well as the general situations, and analyzed the impact, and finally pointed out the realization approach about the innovation mechanism of public library's participation in government information open channel management, so as to promote the public library to provide high-quality and efficient government public information service for the public.
