Abstract: Quality is the life of the sci-tech journals. How to correct understand the quality, improve the quality and of evaluate the quality, starting from summarizing practical experience to rise them to the theory, find out the objective laws and form scientific thoughts and ideas, using them to guide the work of sci-tech journal publishing, has important practical significance. Combing with long-term practical experience of sci-tech journal publishing, the author thought and summed up ways to improve publishing quality of sci-tech journals.
