Research on Development of Cross System Regional Library Alliance Based on Equalization of Basic Public Cultural Service

Abstract: The development of cross system regional library alliance has very important realistic significance. It can promote the construction of the western region library public culture service system, can promote the overall development of the western region library business, and can raise the level of basic public cultural services in the western region. This article results from the requirements of equalization of basic public cultural services, puts forward the basic ideas and Countermeasures for the construction of the western region cross system Regional Library alliance.
