The four deficiencies of present research were that: theoretical research did not form a complete system; theoretical research was relatively lagging behind; relevant research failed to really draw lessons from foreign experience; research objects of case analysis were too narrow.

This paper discussed the variation of related indicators of funded papers in forestry university journals. By taking eight kinds of forestry university journals as study objects and collecting data from Wanfang Database and CNKI, it made the statistical analysis on the ratio of funded papers, the number of funds and the funds per paper, the types of funds and other indicators. Results showed that: the ratio of funded papers in forestry university journals was higher than the general journals; the ratio of funded papers and the funds per paper in university journals substantially increased year by year; the ratio of funded papers had no significant correlation with 3-year impact factor; the ratio of funded papers about highly cited papers in university journals was slightly higher than the overall ratio of funded papers, and reviewed papers had a higher proportion in highly cited papers. It should have a rational view of funded papers, and focus on tracing their research direction, so as to provide a reference for soliciting papers.

Statistics and Analysis on Subject Distribution of Highly Cited Papers in 21 Kinds of Chinese Core Journals of Agricultural University

Using the advanced search function of CNKI, the highly cited papers in 21 kinds of agricultural university journals which belonged to Chinese Core Journals of Agricultural Sciences were extracted. 556 highly cited papers were collected and their subject classifications were statistically analyzed to explore the subject range that was easiest to be cited and had highest citation frequency. The results showed that the citation rate of research achievements on biomass energy, flue-cured tobacco produce, heavy metal pollution remediation and plant physiology of drought resistance, cold resistance and salt resistance were higher than other papers. In editing works, editors should pay more attention to these kinds of papers, and focus on the manuscript organizing and contribution source expanding work of these papers.

The results showed that the main type of wheat literature was academic paper; the quantity of wheat papers was increasing year by year; China published more papers but with low quality and weak influence power; owned academic journals in wheat research field had large improvement space.

Disguised Multi-contribution of one Manuscript is Worthy of Attention In Science and Technology Periodicals

To further clarify the definition of multi-contribution, and better avoid this phenomenon. Based on the Directory of Academic Norms for Science and Technology in Universities, the Directory of Academic Norms for Social Science in Universities issued by the Ministry of Education and the Directory of Integrity for Scientific Research issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Combined with years of editing practice for Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops, this paper analyzed again in detail the phenomenon of multi-contribution. Some new disguised multi-contributions of one manuscript were found, and then putted forward corresponding countermeasures. Finally, This paper pointed out directly that the fundamental reason lies in the current academic evaluation system and the title appraisal system.

As security crisis events outbreak frequently in modern society, the security crisis work of university library has got more and more attention. From three stages of security crisis prevention, crisis response and security crisis recovery, this paper started to build a scientific process management mode of security crisis in university library, including six key points: establishing correct view of security crisis and security crisis management, setting up security crisis management crew, conducting security risk assessment, preparing plans of security crisis response and recovery, building security crisis warning system and communication system, which aimed to provide some theoretical approaches for the security crisis management of university library and improve the emphasis on disaster for library leadership, avoid and prevent the occurrence of security crisis.
