A library which intends to adopt FOLIO needs to understand FOLIO's system architecture and advantages in order to make scientific decisions and improve the quality of library services. [Method / Process] This article first analyzes FOLIO systematically, and then studies the development process of FOLIO application examples on the CentOS system according to FOLIO's documents. Based on the application example of FOLIO, the research and analysis on the improvement of library services by FOLIO are conducted. [Results / Conclusions] Through the research in this article, after adopting FOLIO, from the reader's perspective, personalized services can be optimized and the user experience can be unified. From the perspective of librarians, it can reduce development costs, and optimize procurement decisions, document delivery services, and the exposure of collection resources. Therefore, this article suggests that domestic libraries and information agencies adopt the FOLIO system, and based on the FOLIO system, carry out personalized customization and the second development to optimize the library's service quality. These tools are often referred to as "Knowledge Organization System" (KOS) or "controlled structured vocabularies". Due to the long-term independent development of multiple community and business standard, a variety of different knowledge organization systems have emerged, such as subject heading systems, thesaurus, taxonomies. The thesaurus has the relations like "U", "UF", "BT", "NT"and "CT", which is organized as a network in storage. And This paper develops a method to store thesaurus in a knowledge graph structure, which also has a good effect in the data reasoning. In this paper, the main research was based on the 1990"Mechanical Engineering Thesauri" - Second Edition. By using data cleaning techniques, this paper reconstructed the traditional knowledge organization system "Mechanical Engineering Thesaurus" data into a SKOS knowledge ontology structure. By using data storage techniques, this paper stored the SKOS knowledge ontology structure in Graph database Neo4j. After analyzing the hot topics, it is found that the field has a wide range of research topics but is not highly interdisciplinary, and the application of emerging methods and tools is not high in China. In the future, this field still needs to strengthen cross-domain cooperation and strengthen the introduction of various cutting-edge research methods and technical tools. It is essential to identify the characteristics and influences of the marketing information in the platforms and will provide a realistic reference for the establishment of sustainable targeted poverty alleviation. [Method/Process] Based on qualitative data collected from three typical WeChat e-commerce platforms, characteristics of marketing information have been concluded. Besides on the basis of constructing the experimental design and the interview to college students, the influence and sustainability of different approaches has been discussed. [Results/Conclusions] There are at least six marketing approaches, including promotion marketing, health marketing, star marketing, direct marketing, news marketing and emotional marketing. As for college students, the effects of different marketing methods vary greatly, and emotional marketing may lead to the deviation of poverty alleviation discourse, and there is a risk of trust crisis of poverty alleviation and rural assistance if emotional marketing is abused. A total of 358 valid sample data were collected and the structural equation model was used for hypothesis testing.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the user's expected confirmation is composed of five dimensions: information, social, emotional, entertainment and social identity expectation, and all five kinds of confirmation can positively and significantly affect the user's satisfaction and perceived usefulness. Satisfaction and perceived usefulness have positive effects on users' willingness to continue using; User perceived switching cost, user habits and self-efficacy positively affect willingness to continue using; Self-efficacy positively affects the degree of social identity confirmation. In this paper, journal papers are divided into highly cited papers and general papers, and highly cited papers are further divided into classical papers and hot papers. The journal classical index is the proportion of citation frequency of early papers in the total citation frequency. Research on Citation Data of CSSCI Periodicals Based on Library Information and Philology and CNKI database shows: Classical Index is a New Index for Evaluating Classical Papers in Academic Journals. It is better to use the papers of 5 years ago as the basis for calculating the journal classical index. The journal classical index is not related to the influencing factors. The journal classical index is positively correlated with the H index and with lower goodness of fit. Suitable selection of classical index is needed in the evaluation of academic journals. Using Java and its Word file manipulating library, i.e., docx4j, we wrote a program which could handle the saved records of WoS data and decide the citing papers to be self-citation or not, then automatically generated the report from the Word file template. It could at the same time export several summary files containing the papers' and their citing papers' statistic data which then can be used for reports editing or institutions repository data storing. This program separated the human tasks and the data analysis workflow, which could save quite a lot of time-consuming human interference for some other automated workflow systems, making reports generating process simpler and more compact. Through the econometric analysis, we find that individuals select television and internet as their primary information channels, and income and education levels are the main factors of the individuals to broaden their information channels. Age is affects individuals to change the traditional way of receiving information to new way. Work experience and work status of the individuals and the live style affect the choice of the information channels, especially the work experience and work status have a significant impact on the individuals' selecting the new information channels. On the one hand, it helps us understand the situation of Chinese scholars' participation in open access; on the other hand, through comparison, it provides insights for China to learn from the experience of other countries' open access, which is of value and reference in promoting China's OA process and policy-making. [Method/Process] Based on the papers included in the Web of Science Core Databases, this paper analyzes the status of golden OA papers in China, and the analysis indicators include paper productivity, influence, funding support, journals distribution and subjects distribution. [Results/Conclusions] China's golden OA papers have shown a good momentum of development in recent years, but the golden OA paper rate is still lower than the global average level; the citation influence of China's golden OA papers is close to non-OA papers, but lower than green OA papers; the rate of golden OA papers is far lower than the rate of papers supported by funding; China's golden OA papers are relatively concentrated into several journals, and the number of OA journals published in China is relatively small; life science, clinical, preclinical and health fields have a higher degree of acceptance of open access papers. In addition, it compares ChatGPT with similar AI technologies developed domestically and internationally (such as Google's Brad and Meta's BlenderBot 3), intuitively reflecting that new AI technologies such as pre-training models and cognitive intelligence have become the research and development focus of major technology institutions. The article also analyzes the technical limitations and existing security risks of ChatGPT, pointing out the optimization direction for secondary development and indicating its potential hazards for other researchers. Furthermore, the potential impact of ChatGPT on the Chinese libraries and information institutions are explored. [Results/Conclusions] The integration of new technologies such as big data and AI has great potential for China's library and information service institutions to provide better and more intelligent knowledge services. With the development of modern technologies, libraries and information service institutions have been faced with new challenges and opportunities at the same time. The challenges come from the overwhelming amount of information, the diversification of information resources, and the increasing demands of users for personalized services. The opportunities arise from the availability of advanced technologies such as big data and AI that can help libraries and information service institutions to address these challenges. By fully integrating big data and AI into libraries and information service institutions, these institutions can leverage the power of these advanced technologies to provide more intelligent knowledge services. We found that these enzyme activities of three enzymes were expressed by reduction rate of reactant amount or increasing rate of resultant amount which they catalyzed, and the amount which catalyzed could be detected at a certain wavelength. So through molar extinction coefficient of the reactant or resultant at its certain wavelength, all kinds of enzyme activity unit of CAT and POD and APX could be convert to IS unit by using three formulas, for example, extinction coefficient for hydrogen peroxide was 43.6 L/ (mol·cm) at 240 nm, for tetraguaiacol was 26.6 L/ (mmol·cm) at 470 nm, extinction coefficient for ascorbic acid was 2.8 L/ (mmol·cm) at 290 nm. [Method/Process] Taking the People's Daily corpus processed by manual word segmentation as the research object, the frequency of several important words in the No.1 Central Document of 2020 which have appeared in People's Daily corpus in January since 2015 is calculated. From a diachronic perspective, this paper compares the changes of word frequency in People's Daily in different periods and analyzes the reasons. [Results/Conclusions] First, words about macro top-level decision making policies and common social phenomena are found to have higher frequency in People's Daily corpus. Second, words related to three rural issues, i.e. agriculture, rural area and farmers, do not have higher frequency, especially those related to specific jobs. It is a confluence of cognitive science, neuroscience, date science, and cloud computing, which makes cognitive computing powerful and has the potential for groundbreaking discoveries and advances. We are entering a new era in cognitive computing that will transform the way humans collaborate with machines to gain actionable insights in areas such as healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, retail, retail, and financial services. Served as a catalyst for advancing research in cognitive computing, a coherent body of knowledge and recent research in cognitive computing are brought together. First, a deep look was taken at the concept of cognitive computing and an interdisciplinary introduction to cognitive computing, which was to provide a unified view of the discipline. Second, the development procedure was provided. Thirdly, overview of three major categories of cognitive architectures and principal technologies and approaches that are fundamental to a cognitive system were demonstrated. Some of the industries that were early adopters of cognitive com-puting and the types of solutions that were being created were also included. Finally, the applications of cognitive computing in agricultural area was discussed. It covered the applications, the system, the future and its challenges. Cognitive systems can help with the transfer of knowledge and best practices in agricultural area, and using cognitive computing to help decision support services has huge potential. In these use cases, a cognitive system is designed to build a dialog between human and machine so that best practices are learned by the system as opposed to being programmed as a set of rules. It is clear that cognitive computing is in its early stages of maturation. The list of potential uses of a cognitive computing approach will continue to grow over time, and the coming decade will bring many new software and hardware innovations to stretch the limits of what is possible. Database of Web of Science (WOS) and Journal Citation Reports (JCR) were used to collect SCI-indexed remote sensing journals and their published papers during 2010–2014, and then total articles, influence factor, total cites and international paper ratio of 25 journals for 10 countries were analyzed by means of TDA software. Number of journals sponsored by USA and UK ranked in the top 1 and 2 of the world, were respectively 74% of total articles and 76% of total cites during 2010 and 2014. Journals from USA, Holland and Switzerland were world's leading totally. Impacts and international level of China's only one journal was relatively high. International degree of German's journals was slightly affected due to one of the two journals published by German language. British's journals had general impact level. 98% of China's SCI papers in the field of remote sensing during past five years were published in other countries' journals, especially for those sponsored by USA, UK, Holland and Switzerland. Professional remote sensing SCI journal was still scanty in China, which did not match with the discipline development. Based on the analysis, we recommended strongly to found new professional journals to promote academic exchange and achievements spread among Chinese scholars, as well as to improve international status and enhance global impacts in remote sensing of China.
