Study on the Performance Evaluation of University Library Based on KPI

Abstract: KPI is an effective way for performance evaluation, the fundmental for library to carry out KPI system is amending sicientific and clear performance index, build orgnizational, department and personal performance index system based on the library practical, demostrate the content of the index, and validate the effectiveness of the designed index via survey and interview.
