中国水产遗传育种基础研究国际竞争力分析

Analysis of the International Competitiveness in Basic Aquatic Genetic Breeding in China

摘要: 为了对中国水产遗传育种基础研究的国际竞争力进行客观性认识和正确评估,采用文献计量学分析方法,设定量化指标,从科研生产力、科研影响力、科研卓越性及合作竞争力角度观察、评价中国水产遗传育种领域基础研究的表现,并与排名前十位的国家对比。研究表明中国的论文成果数量世界第二,近年来保持高速增长;总体影响力领先其它各国,但平均影响力偏弱;高影响力成果不足;参与国际合作的活跃度偏低,在合作网络中处于“边缘”地位。据此提出相应建议。

Abstract: To understand and evaluate the international competitiveness of China in this filed objectively and correctly, this paper adopted the method of literature metrology analysis and set quantitative indicators to evaluate the performance of China's aquatic genetic breeding from the aspects of productivity, influence, excellence and cooperation, and compare with the top 10 countries. Study results showed that China's number of SCI papers was the second in the world, maintaining a rapid growth in recent years; China's overall influence was more than other countries, but weaker on average; China was lack of papers with high influences; China didn't participate in international cooperation actively and was at the edge of the cooperation network. On this basis, it gave corresponding propositions.
