Abstract: The digital publishing era has come, while traditional editing process is unable to meet the needs of the times. It is an inevitable choice for traditional publishing units to change the traditional editing process and realize the editing process reengineering. Based on the analysis about the status quo of China's digital publishing, this paper expounded the detailed internal factors and external factors for editing process reengineering in digital publishing era, so as to provide reference for the transformation of traditional publishing units.
