网络技术企业竞争情报绩效评价模型研究

摘要: 竞争情报绩效评价是竞争情报过程中不可或缺的一环。通过对企业竞争情报绩效评价指标体系的研究,提供基于层次分析法的评价工具,从而指导企业竞争情报部门更好的进行工作。笔者在分析国内外竞争情报绩效评价研究现状的基础上确定了两级评价指标,通过AHP层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,建立评价体系,最后应用于安徽省4个企业的竞争情报部门,对它们的绩效进行评价,并提出相关建议,以期为竞争情报绩效评价提供一个新的思路。

Abstract: Performance evaluation is one of most important parts of enterprise competitive intelligence. Based on the study of the performance evaluation of enterprise competitive intelligence, this paper puts forward the analytic hierarchy process as a evaluation tool. The authors aim to guide the department of competitive intelligence to a better work. Firstly , the paper analysis the present situation of the research of performance evaluation of enterprise competitive intelligence in home and abroad. Secondly, based on this determined two level evaluation index as well as using AHP method to determine the weight of every evaluation index, based on the evaluation system, and finally applied to the four enterprise competitive intelligence departments in Anhui province, then to evaluate their performance and provide a new train of thought for the competitive intelligence performance evaluation.
